3 Easy Closet Organizing Ideas to Create Space
Closets can be a big source of stress and they are something we have to deal with every day just to get our day started! Don’t start your day with stress, start it out right with a simplified closet!
Use these easy closet organizing ideas to get you started!
Idea # 1: Remove anything from the closet that shouldn’t be there and store it someplace else. Things that you may have stashed in the closet: photos, humidifier, medications, gift wrap, suitcases, gifts, etc.
Idea # 2: Remove all shoes and boots and place pairs together. Really be honest about what you enjoy wearing, what feels comfortable and part with the rest. For a great way to keep boots upright when you aren’t wearing them, invest in boot shapers from Storables-I use them myself!
Idea # 3: Remove all accessories such as belts, scarves and hats. Place ‘like’ items together and choose the ones you know you will really use and donate the rest. Use hangers made specifically for those items to store them or keep it simple with individual baskets.
