Organizing Baseball Cap Collections
Thank you to Janet for requesting a post on organizing her husband’s baseball caps! I have to come up with a lot of ideas for DIY Organization, so I love getting suggestions for topics that I wouldn’t think of on my own. Everyone, please feel free to ask me to write on a specific issue you are having!
OK, I found some great baseball cap products out there! What I would recommend before buying anything:
1) Get all the baseball caps together in one place so you can see the true volume of how much you have.
2) Make decisions on what you truly want to keep and what you are ready to send to donation (or possibly garbage-just sayin’).
3) Now that you know how much you have left, you can purchase what you need to store them.
If you have special caps that are only for display, consider displaying them on floating shelves! You can also use wire or wood shelves around the top of your closet if you don’t want to have them displayed for all to see:

More ideas for storing the caps that you do want to wear with products that will allow you to see what you have so you can grab & go quickly! Using the back of the door also takes advantage of an under utilized storage area-yeah!
