Start Your Day Right

Start your day right by starting at night.  Being organized is about thinking ahead and being prepared.  Take a minute each evening to review what you have on your schedule for the next day.  Checking the night before gives you a time cushion if you realize there is something you need to run to the store for, prepare or make.

Here are steps you can take to prepare for the next day:

  • See if there is anything that needs to leave the house with you the next day and place it in your “Grab & Go Spot”. 
  • Lay your clothes out, it’s ok to have two outfits to choose from if you wish.  Take it all the way to finding the matching shoes and coat.
  • Create a list if you need to do any shopping the next day.
  • Place purse/briefcase, car keys and cell phone together.
  • Make lunch so you can just grab it on your way to work.

A little prep the night before can start your day on the right foot!
